Program Director
Central Virginia Community Justice is seeking a Program Director who will manage CVCJ’s direct services work. The Program Director will engage in front line, client-facing work, as well as staff management, supervision, and organizational leadership tasks. CVCJ’s current programs are criminal diversion restorative justice case facilitation, non-criminal restorative justice case facilitation, and school-based restorative justice. This role will also be tasked with co-visioning and implementation of any new services that CVCJ may embark on in the future. As a member of CVCJ’s leadership team, the Program Director will help determine and execute CVCJ’s strategic vision, and advise on organizational priorities for programmatic work and the effective use of organizational resources.

CVCJ is currently seeking volunteers to serve as Restorative Community Members.
